Key ResponsibilitiesCoffee Operations
Prepare espresso-based beverages, cold coffees, teas, and other café drinks as per brand standards
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages
Calibrate grinders and monitor espresso extraction daily
Execute basic latte art and maintain beverage presentation standards
Support food plating and quick service operations when required

Equipment Handling & Maintenance
Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewing equipment efficiently
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment
Report technical faults or maintenance issues promptly
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the coffee station at all times

Customer Service
Engage warmly with guests and provide excellent customer service
Recommend beverages and menu items confidently
Handle customer feedback professionally
Maintain an energetic, friendly, and well-groomed appearance

Team Support
Train and guide junior baristas and café staff
Assist during peak hours to ensure smooth operations




Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for efficient order execution
Support counter billing and POS operations when needed

Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, disposables, and café supplies
Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage practices
Assist in stock counting and inventory reporting

Skills & RequirementsQualification
Graduate or 10+2

Experience
2–4 years of experience in café operations or as a Barista

Key Skills
Solid knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso extraction
Passion for specialty coffee and café culture
Basic to intermediate latte art skills
Speed, consistency, and multitasking ability
Good communication and customer interaction skills
POS handling knowledge
Team-oriented attitude and operational discipline
