Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our energetic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing solid, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role is crucial for driving client satisfaction, retention, and business growth through effective communication and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving financial needs, objectives, and challenges.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products and services that align with client requirements and company offerings.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).




Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and legal, to deliver seamless client experiences and solutions.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial proposals, reports, and analyses to clients.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client potential and retention.
