Job Summary

We are looking for a agile Admissions Executive to drive student admissions and promote MAI Institute of Hotel Management across Goa, Sindhudurg, Belgaum, Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, and Nashik.

Key Responsibilities
Generate admissions for Degree, Diploma, and Certificate programmes.
Conduct school/college visits, career counselling sessions, seminars, and presentations.
Build and maintain relationships with Principals, Teachers, Counsellors, and educational institutions.
Generate and follow up on student enquiries through calls, digital channels, referrals, and events.
Participate in education fairs, admission drives, open houses, and outreach programmes.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, internships, placements, and career opportunities.
Maintain admission leads, enquiry records, and regular visit/progress reports.




Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team for online lead generation and promotion.
Extensive travel across the assigned regions, including occasional overnight stays.

Eligibility & Experience
Bachelors Degree in any discipline; Hotel Management/MBA Marketing preferred.
1–5 years of experience in admissions, educational marketing, counselling, sales, business development, or hospitality education.

Key Skills
Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Marathi.
Robust counselling, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
Relationship management and networking abilities.
Good MS Office/Google Workspace skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives + TA/DA + Mobile Reimbursement, as per institute policy.
