Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all electrical maintenance activities during the shift.
Troubleshoot and rectify issues in electrical panels, motors, control circuits, PLCs, and instrumentation.
Attend to breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
Execute and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for electrical systems.
Maintain records of shift activities, breakdowns, spares usage, and manpower deployment.
Ensure availability of critical spares and escalate requirements.
Coordinate with production and mechanical teams.
Ensure adherence to electrical safety practices and statutory regulations.
Train and guide electricians and contract manpower.
Support energy conservation, safety audits, and improvement initiatives.
