We are looking for a Software Architect to define scalable, secure and reliable architecture for our AI-powered platform. The role involves working closely with the CTO, Product and Engineering teams, providing technical direction, mentoring engineers and driving architecture from design to production.

Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the technology and architecture roadmap.
Design scalable, modular and cloud-native applications and microservices.
Lead system design, API strategy, data flow and architecture reviews.
Establish engineering standards, design patterns and best practices.
Mentor developers and conduct design/code reviews.
Drive technical planning, estimation and delivery.
Collaborate with Product, QA, Infrastructure and AI teams.
Support performance optimization, scalability,



observability and production issues.

Required Skills
9+ years of experience in software engineering, system design and architecture.
Robust expertise in Node.js, Express.js/Hapi.js and microservices.
Experience with REST APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis and distributed systems.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React and Redux.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS/Azure.
Valuable understanding of CI/CD, TDD/BDD and automated testing.
Experience with Kafka, GraphQL or serverless architectures is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, leadership and mentoring skills.
