Responsibilities:
Manage the complete government contracting cycle from tender identification and evaluation to tender submission and award.
Handle work order, contract documentation and coordination with government departments.
Oversee project execution, site progress, quality, resources and coordination with site engineers.
Manage measurements, RA bills, final billing and payment follow-up.
Lead tender estimation, BOQ study, rate analysis and commercial evaluation.
Build and manage a team for tendering, execution and billing.
Monitor project costs, profitability, cash flow and timely completion.
Coordinate with PCMC, PMC, PWD, PMRDA and other government authorities as required.
Develop systems and processes to scale the company's government contracting business.
