We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Collections Executive to join our team in Kadiri, BY Pass Road. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in collections with a robust background in retail finance.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the collections process for timely debt recovery.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debts.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to resolve outstanding payments.
Conduct field visits to verify customer information and obtain payments.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address potential risks.
Analyze and report on collection performance metrics to optimize results.

Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of collections principles and practices in retail finance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.




Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
