Accountant
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting, taxation, invoicing, and financial reporting requirements of our company. The candidate should be comfortable independently handling routine accounts and coordinating with management/CA for monthly and annual compliances.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
Maintain purchase, sales, expense, bank and journal entries
Prepare and file GST Returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and related reconciliations
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments and return filing
Prepare and manage customer invoices / sales invoices
Track accounts receivable and accounts payable
Perform regular bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statements
Prepare monthly MIS reports for management
Maintain and analyse financial data using Microsoft Excel
Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR)
Assist with balance sheet finalisation and year-end accounting
Coordinate with the company's CA / tax consultant / auditor whenever required
Maintain proper accounting records, bills, vouchers and supporting documents




Monitor outstanding payments and vendor/customer balances
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Practical knowledge of GST and TDS
Understanding of Income Tax and ITR filing
Ability to prepare P&L;, MIS and basic financial reports
Valuable understanding of accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to independently manage routine accounting work
Valuable organisational and follow-up skills
