About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organized HR Executive to own recruitment and support learning & development across the organization. You will work closely with department heads to find the right people and help them grow spanning both Talent Acquisition and L&D;, with room to take on greater responsibility as you progress.

Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, consultants, and other channels.
Screen applications and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
Discuss compensation expectations and support salary negotiations with selected candidates.
Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Partner with department heads to understand current and upcoming manpower needs.

Learning & Development
Support identification of employee training and development needs.
Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for current employees.
Help plan and organize internal and external training programs, including trainers, schedules, participants, and materials.
Maintain training attendance, feedback,



and records — including documentation aligned with our ISO 13485 / quality-system requirements.
Support employee skill-development and performance-improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For — Required
Graduate in any discipline; 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and candidate sourcing techniques.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable discussing compensation and employment terms with candidates.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

What We're Looking For — Preferred
MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
Exposure to L&D;, training coordination, or onboarding.
Experience in a manufacturing, healthcare, or medical-device environment.
