HR Fresher HR Operations, Sales & Marketing
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
We are looking for an energetic HR Fresher to support HR operations along with basic sales and marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding and HR documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance and reports.
Coordinate with employees and management.
Support the sales team and monitor daily sales activities.
Assist in marketing, promotions and customer coordination.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain databases.
Support payroll inputs and employee queries.
Skills Required: Positive communication, MS Excel, documentation, coordination, basic HR knowledge and interest in sales & marketing.
Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred. Freshers are welcome.
