Job Summary

The PMO Lead is responsible for establishing and managing the Project Management Office, ensuring effective planning, execution, governance, monitoring, and successful delivery of organizational projects.

Qualifications Experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management or related field.
5 years of project management experience with 35 years in PMO team.
PMP/PRINCE2/MBA preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Governance Standards
Establish PMO governance, standards, templates and best practices.
Drive process improvements and PM methodologies.
Project Execution Monitoring
Plan, monitor and deliver multiple cross-functional projects.
Track timelines, budgets, risks and resource utilization.
Stakeholder Reporting Management
Coordinate stakeholders and conduct project review meetings.




Prepare dashboards, MIS reports and executive updates.
Documentation Closure
Maintain project documentation and closure reports.

Project Governance, Portfolio Management, Agile/Scrum, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Leadership, Communication, MS Project, Jira, ClickUp, Power BI, Excel.

KPIs
On-time delivery, budget adherence, resource utilization, stakeholder satisfaction, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

Selection Process

Written tests and interviews at the Bengaluru office.
