This role is ideal for specialists who have a robust background in embedded and mission-critical coupled with proven experience in leading software engineering teams and managing complex programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple software engineering teams across critical program functions.
Drive end-to-end software program planning, execution, and delivery.
Own software certification activities aligned with DO-178C, MIL-STD, or equivalent standards.
Collaborate with systems, avionics, hardware, and integration teams.
Manage stakeholder communication, program reviews, risk management, and governance.
Drive process excellence and continuous improvement across software development practices.

What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Program/Project Management.
Solid expertise in Embedded Systems and Real-Time Software.
Experience managing engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Exposure to DO-178C, MIL-STD, or equivalent certification frameworks.
Prior experience in Defence, Aerospace, Avionics, DRDO, HAL, BEL, ISRO, or similar mission-critical environments is highly preferred.
PMP/Prince2/MBA would be an added advantage.
