Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
Allocate work to operators and production staff according to priorities.
Monitor production targets, work progress, and deadlines.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Check the quality of finished and semi-finished products.
Identify production issues and take corrective action.
Coordinate with the Design, Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.
Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns or maintenance requirements.
Ensure minimum material wastage and control rework.
Maintain daily production reports and attendance records.
Ensure workers follow company rules, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the factory.




Train and guide operators and recent production employees.
Handle production-related problems and escalate major issues to management.
Ensure materials are available as per production requirements.
Monitor work quality and productivity of team members.
Ensure all urgent and priority jobs are completed on time.
Support management in improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
- Positive knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
Solid manpower handling and team management skills.
Ability to understand production drawings and measurements.
