Responsibilities:
Oversee the technical and financial progress of Ballastless/Ballasted track projects.
Ensure timely project execution in alignment with contractual obligations.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor costs, budget utilization, and project cash flow.
Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality and safety.
Work closely with planning, procurement, finance, and execution teams.
Engage with government agencies, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve project-related issues.
Review track alignment, structural aspects, and technical specifications of Ballastless/Ballasted track designs.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of drawings with project requirements.
Coordinate with design consultants and site teams for approvals and modifications.
Approve drawings and ensure proper documentation and version control.




Identify potential risks associated with Ballastless track projects.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to Indian Railway Standards, Metro Rail Guidelines, and international best practices.
Ensure compliance with safety and Quality regulations and standards.
Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, performance, and key metrics.
Analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for Ballastless track projects.
Identify prospects for innovation, improvement, and growth.
Support the organization's overall business objectives.
