Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, guiding them toward
suitable courses.
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve admission targets.
Conduct outbound calls to explain course offerings and career opportunities.
Schedule counseling sessions and ensure timely communication with prospects.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve student engagement and
enrollment processes
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
