Role & responsibilities
Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java 17, Spring Boot, J2EE, and Microservices architecture.
Drive technical solutions, architecture reviews, code quality, and best practices across development teams.
Design and develop RESTful APIs and OpenAPI specifications for scalable integrations.
Build event-driven solutions using Kafka for real-time data processing and system integration.
Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS and Kubernetes platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.
Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical leadership throughout the SDLC.
Ensure application scalability, security, performance, and availability.

Required Skills:
8+ years of software development experience.
Solid expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot, J2EE, and Microservices.
Hands-on experience with Kafka, REST APIs, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
Experience with AWS services and Kubernetes deployments.
Robust understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Telecom or Amdocs experience is highly preferred.
