Role & responsibilities
Design & Testing • Utilize software such as Creo to create 3D models and 2D drawings as a crucial part of the design process. • Conduct theoretical calculations to ensure that design specifications meet the necessary requirements and standards.
Project Execution • Be an integral part of the design engineering team and effectively execute assigned projects with a solid focus on ensuring high quality outcomes and adherence to project timelines. • Create prototype samples and provide valuable assistance during the testing phase to validate design concepts.
Documentation& Audit • Prepare Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Quality Gate (QG) documentation to ensure comprehensive control and documentation of project quality. • Actively participate in audits, including those related to the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) and Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) standards.
Process Improvement • Take responsibility for all Engineering Change Notice (ECN) activities, ensuring that design changes are systematically processed and implemented.
