Role & responsibilities:
MIS Preparation & Reporting Preparation and analysis of periodic MIS reports, financial performance reports, and management dashboards.
Costing & Cost Analysis – Preparation and review of costing sheets, cost analysis, and monitoring of actual costs against budgets.
Books & Financial Review – Review of books of accounts, financial statements, ledgers, and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Budget Preparation & Monitoring – Preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and monitoring of actual performance against budget.
Cash Flow Projection & Management – Preparation of cash flow projections, monitoring fund requirements, and ensuring effective cash flow management.
Inventory Management – Monitoring inventory levels, stock movement, ageing, valuation, and implementing effective inventory control measures.
Working Capital Management – Planning and management of working capital, including receivables, payables, inventory, and overall fund utilization.
