Role & responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Explain products/services and generate interest.
Convert leads into sales or appointments.
Maintain and update customer databases/CRM.
Follow up with customers for conversions and feedback.
Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with the sales team for closures.
Maintain call records and daily reports.
