Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect – Data Center to understand client requirements and design suitable IT infrastructure solutions. The role involves working closely with clients, technical teams, and Sales/Pre-Sales teams to develop solutions and support business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and identify suitable IT solutions.
Design and recommend data center, server, and network infrastructure solutions.
Evaluate and select appropriate hardware based on technical and cost considerations.
Work closely with clients, technical teams, and Sales teams.
Support Pre-Sales activities and contribute to business opportunities.
Prepare and respond to RFPs and RFIs.
Develop technical proposals and solution documentation.




Collaborate with server teams to design and troubleshoot server networks.
Provide technical guidance to clients regarding their current and future IT infrastructure needs.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
4+ years of experience in Data Center / IT Infrastructure / Solutions Architecture.
Robust knowledge of server infrastructure and configurations.
Knowledge of leading server OEMs such as Dell, HPE, and Lenovo.
Knowledge of Virtualization, HCI, and Cloud Computing.
Experience in Pre-Sales, RFP/RFI responses, solution designing, and client interaction.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in enterprise data center settings.
Experience working with Sales and Business Development teams.
Experience in technical proposal preparation and client presentations.
Good understanding of server and network infrastructure.
