Must have Skills
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
Solid command of core Python: OOP, data structures, exception handling, decorators, generators, modules/packaging.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs (e.g. Django/DRF, Flask, or FastAPI).
Working knowledge of data-handling libraries: Pandas, NumPy.
Basic understanding of asynchronous programming (async/await, asyncio).
Experience with virtual environments and dependency management (venv, pip, or Pipenv).
Proficiency with SQL and at least one relational database (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
Solid grasp of version control (Git), unit testing (pytest/unittest) and debugging tools.
Valuable understanding of software engineering fundamentals, code quality, CI/CD basics.

Basic conceptual understanding of LLMs, tokens, embeddings, prompt engineering, and RAG.
Familiarity with the concepts and ecosystem of LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, and Amazon Bedrock.
