Classroom Management Skills: Effective classroom management skills to establish a positive learning setting, manage student behaviour, and promote a culture of respect, responsibility, and engagement in the classroom.

Communication and Collaboration: Robust communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators, and to communicate subject-related concepts, feedback,



and information clearly and effectively.

Assessment Literacy: Proficiency in designing and implementing formative and summative assessments that align with curriculum standards, measure student learning outcomes, and inform instructional decision-making.

Cultural Competence: Cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse backgrounds, languages, and perspectives to create an inclusive and culturally responsive learning setting that values and respects the contributions and identities of all students.
