Role: AI Delivery Lead

Location: Bangalore/ Noida

Notice Period: 30 Days

Requirements
10+ years of experience in project delivery, program management, consulting, technology implementation, or digital transformation.
Strong experience managing enterprise-scale implementation projects involving multiple business and technology stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in client-facing delivery leadership, including executive communication and stakeholder management.
Solid understanding of AI, automation, data platforms, analytics, enterprise applications, or digital transformation programs.
Experience managing Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models.
Solid knowledge of project governance, delivery reporting, risk and issue management, scope control, and change management.
Ability to work with technical teams and translate complex solution concepts into clear business communication.
Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing distributed or global delivery teams.




Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience delivering Agentic AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, or data-driven transformation programs.
Manufacturing domain expertise, especially in one or more of the following areas: production operations, supply chain, procurement, quality management, maintenance, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or ERP-enabled transformation.
Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI, AWS, Google Cloud, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or enterprise data platforms.
Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance considerations.
PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, Secure, Agile, or similar certification.
Consulting or qualified services experience is highly desirable.
