We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Developer to design, develop, implement, and support IT Asset Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in

ServiceNow IT Asset Management (HAM Pro/SAM Pro), CMDB, Discovery, integrations, and platform development. This role will work closely with stakeholders, asset managers, IT operations, and service management teams to streamline asset lifecycle processes, improve compliance, and optimize software and hardware asset utilization.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro).
Implement and maintain end-to-end IT asset lifecycle processes such as procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and retirement.
Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and platform best practices.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools, procurement systems, SCCM, Intune,



Active Directory, and other enterprise applications.
Support CMDB data integrity through ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and reconciliation rules.

Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM), including HAM Pro and/or SAM Pro.
Robust knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
Experience with:

Understanding of software licensing models and asset management best practices.
Experience with data imports, transform maps, and integration development.

Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist IT Asset Management (CIS-ITAM).
