Position: Procurement & Sales Executive
Location: Delhi NCR
Salary: 3-4Lacs
Reporting To: Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and hardworking person who can help us buy and sell pre-owned electric two-wheelers. The candidate should be comfortable talking to customers, visiting dealers, and handling the complete sales process from the first call to vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Procurement (Buying Vehicles)
Call customers who want to sell their EV scooters.
Understand the vehicle details and customer requirements.
Share the estimated vehicle price based on the information provided.
Schedule the vehicle inspection with the customer.
Coordinate with the inspection team.
Discuss and negotiate the final purchase price with the customer.
Complete the vehicle buying process.
Keep proper records of all customer calls and follow-ups.
Follow up with customers until the deal is completed.
Vehicle Sales
Visit the assigned area regularly and build relationships with dealers.




Generate recent customer leads through phone calls, references, social media, online platforms, and field visits.
Call interested customers and understand their requirements.
Invite customers to visit the showroom.
Give a vehicle demonstration and explain its features.
Arrange and assist customers with a test ride.
Negotiate the price and close the sale.
Collect required documents and payment from customers.
Coordinate with the team for loan processing, RC transfer, and vehicle delivery.

Skills Required
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
Confident in talking to customers.
Good negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to travel within the assigned area.
Honest, responsible, and target-oriented.

Qualification
Graduate or Undergraduate.
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Tele calling, Candidate should be from pre-owned 2w industry.
Valuable communication skills required.
