Experience Requirements:
Hands-on experience in specimen collection, processing, testing, and reporting.
Knowledge of clinical pathology, hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, serology, and immunology procedures.
Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS), EMR systems, and automated diagnostic equipment.
Understanding of NABL standards, laboratory quality control, and infection prevention protocols.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect, label, process, and prepare patient specimens for laboratory testing.
Perform routine laboratory investigations, including hematology, biochemistry, serology, microbiology, and clinical pathology tests.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers.
Ensure accurate recording, validation, and reporting of test results.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality control measures, and laboratory safety protocols.
Maintain laboratory records, documentation, and inventory of reagents and consumables.
Assist pathologists and healthcare providers with diagnostic testing requirements.
Adhere to infection control practices, biomedical waste management, and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor equipment performance and report any technical issues promptly.




Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of patient information.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in pathology laboratories, diagnostic centers, hospitals, clinics, or medical centers.
DMLT / BMLT / MLT from a recognized institution.
Relevant laboratory certifications will be an added advantage.
Registration with applicable regulatory bodies (where required).

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of laboratory testing methodologies and quality assurance procedures.
Proficiency in operating automated laboratory analyzers and diagnostic instruments.
Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and EMR platforms.
