EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

n

WORK EXPERIENCE

n

3+ years of experience in Interior Design / Design Consultancy / Interior Sales, preferably in residential interiors or premium/luxury interior projects.

n

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Robust client-facing and communication skills.

Positive design sense and attention to detail.
n
Confident in presenting design concepts to clients.
n
Customer-oriented with solid negotiation and persuasion skills.
n
Commercially aware with a sales-oriented approach.

Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into design solutions.

Good coordination and follow-up skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet clients and understand their lifestyle,



design preferences, requirements, and budget.
n
Develop and present interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material selections.
n
Provide professional design consultation and recommend suitable design solutions.
n
Present designs and proposals effectively to clients and handle design-related queries.
n
Coordinate with internal design, sales, and execution teams to ensure smooth project progress.
n
Manage client revisions and ensure timely closure of design discussions.
n
Support the sales process by preparing design proposals and assisting in converting enquiries into confirmed projects.
n
Maintain regular follow-up with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
n
Stay updated on current interior design trends, materials, finishes, and products.
