Job Title: US QuickBooks Accountant

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented US QuickBooks Accountant with hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online and a strong understanding of accounting principles. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with US-based clients and eager to learn and grow in a rapid-paced accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update client books in QuickBooks Online.
Categorize and record financial transactions accurately.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare basic financial reports and identify discrepancies.
Coordinate with clients to obtain accounting information and supporting documents.
Ensure books are accurate, organized, and up to date.





Requirements
2–3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
Robust working knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
Good understanding of accounting concepts and financial statements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with US accounting/bookkeeping will be preferred.
