The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, HR operations, policy implementation, and strategic HR initiatives. The role requires a robust business partner who can support management in organizational growth, talent retention, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Experience in manufacturing is must
Location is Thaltej , once in a month Visit Plant which is located at Kubadthal.
