Job description:

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day store activities, including material receiving, storage, inventory control, material issue, and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily inward and outward material activities.
Receive materials and verify quantity, part number, and documents.
Maintain proper stock records and inventory.
Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.
Issue materials to departments.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable.
Conduct regular physical stock verification.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.
Maintain GRN, material issue, return, and stock-related records.
Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages.
Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in the store.
Handle rejected, damaged, and excess materials properly.




Support stock audits and stock reconciliation.

Requirements
Diploma or Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
Candidates with relevant Store / Inventory / Warehouse experience in electronics or manufacturing may also be considered regardless of specialization.
Valuable knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MES software.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage store activities independently.
Knowledge of electronic components will be an added advantage.
