Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager for our ACCA program. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and ensuring student success while actively participating in product development and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Student Success:
Monitor and assess student performance, providing feedback and guidance.
Organize and conduct extra sessions, workshops, and tutoring as needed.
Foster a positive and engaging learning workplace.
Mentor Students on various aspects
Product Development:
Collaborate with various teams to design and enhance the ACCA training program.
Contribute to the development of study materials, online resources, and other educational tools.
Contribute to the revenue growth by looking at various business opportunities
Strategic Planning:




Participate in strategic planning sessions to shape the direction of the ACCA program.
Analyze market trends and student needs to inform program improvements.
Assist in setting goals and objectives for the ACCA program’s growth and success.

Qualifications
ACCA affiliate or fellow member .
Proven experience in teaching ACCA or related subjects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for student success and educational excellence.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Preferred Skills
Experience with online teaching platforms and educational technologies.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in accounting education.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
