We are looking for a
Senior Associate – Brand Partnerships
to drive business development, client acquisition, and account growth across our marketing solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with
1–3 years of experience
in business development, brand partnerships, client acquisition, sales, or agency partnerships, preferably within digital marketing, influencer marketing, advertising, media, or creative agencies.

You'll be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, building relationships with brands and marketing decision-makers, understanding client requirements, developing relevant solutions, and taking opportunities from initial conversations through closure.

You will work closely with our leadership, strategy, influencer marketing, performance marketing, creative, and campaign teams to build solutions that deliver both strong business outcomes for clients and sustainable revenue for Confluencr.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & New Client Acquisition




Identify and prospect potential brands across relevant industries and build a strong current-business pipeline.
Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, referrals, and other relevant channels.
Research brands, their marketing objectives, campaigns, competitors, and potential areas of opportunity.
Initiate conversations with Brand Managers, Marketing Managers, Founders, Marketing Heads, and other relevant decision-makers.
Qualify leads based on business potential, marketing requirements, budgets, timelines, and decision-making authority.
Consistently work towards monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management
Build meaningful and long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client objectives, challenges, budgets, and expectations to identify relevant marketing opportunities.
Act as a reliable point of contact throughout the sales process and ensure a solid client exper
