Job Title: Sr. Technical Trainer – Engineering & AI Platforms

Location: Bangalore/ Chennai

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Trainer to deliver and evolve high-impact training programs focused on agentic AI platforms and up-to-date product ecosystems.

This role requires 15+ years of experience in live instructional training, with a solid background in platform and product-based training environments. The ideal candidate will bring expertise and demonstrate the ability to translate platform capabilities, user workflows, and real-world use cases into scalable, adoption-focused learning experiences.

This individual will work closely with delivery teams, client engineers, and product stakeholders to understand platform adoption challenges and continuously enhance training programs to improve user readiness and effectiveness.

A strong understanding of AI concepts and their application within contemporary platforms is essential, along with the ability to leverage AI to innovate and scale training development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities





Facilitation & Instruction
Deliver instructor-led technical training sessions (in-person and virtual)
Facilitate learning across multi-generational, culturally diverse teams
Conduct training needs analysis to align learning objectives with role expectations
Run pre- and post-training assessments to measure comprehension and retention
Adapt delivery approaches based on audience needs, roles, and technical proficiency
Lead training focused on agentic platform functionality, workflows, and advanced capabilities

Platform Training & Adoption
Train users on agentic platform capabilities, workflows, and best practices
Partner with delivery teams and client engineers to:

understand real-world platform usage

dentify adoption challenges

gather feedback on user experience
Continuously refine and enhance training programs based on:

adoption insights
