Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and guests visiting Sri Madhavanji Kerala Ayurvedic Hospital. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional approach to patient hospitality and front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients, guests, and visitors in a warm and skilled manner.
Handle front-office enquiries, phone calls, appointments, and patient registrations.
Provide information about hospital services, treatments, doctors, therapies, and facilities.
Coordinate appointments and communicate with doctors and other departments.
Maintain patient records, enquiry details, and front-office documentation.
Assist patients with check-in/check-out and other administrative requirements.




Handle WhatsApp and other patient enquiries professionally.
Follow up with enquiries and appointments when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Ensure a high standard of hospitality and patient service.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi – mandatory.
Pleasant personality with a warm and courteous approach.
Positive interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use email, WhatsApp, and MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work calmly in a busy hospital setting.
Prior experience in hospital, healthcare, hotel, wellness, Ayurveda, or hospitality will be an advantage.
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in hospitality may also be considered.
