We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Export Manager to develop and manage the company's international pharmaceutical business.

International Business Development
Identify and develop recent international markets for pharmaceutical products.
Generate current overseas customers, distributors, importers, agents and business partners.
Develop country-wise sales and business development strategies.
Maintain robust relationships with existing international customers.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and pricing analysis.
Identify opportunities in regulated and semi-regulated markets.
Participate in international pharmaceutical exhibitions, conferences and business meetings.
Travel internationally as required for customer meetings and business development.
Export Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual export sales targets.
Prepare quotations, offers, proforma invoices and commercial proposals.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, MOQs, delivery schedules and commercial agreements.




Follow up on enquiries and convert them into purchase orders.
Monitor sales pipeline and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Track competitor pricing and market trends.
Export Order Management
Manage the complete export order cycle from enquiry to shipment and payment.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, Purchase, Finance and Logistics teams.
Ensure timely production and dispatch of export orders.
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delivery-related issues.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA/customs agents and shipping companies.
Export Documentation & Compliance
Ensure accurate preparation and submission of export documentation.
Coordinate documents such as:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Certificate of Origin
Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
Certificate of Analysis
Health Certificate
Free Sale Certificate
GMP Certificate
Product Registration docum
