Position Overview

The
HRBP Lead
serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives. This role drives talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and change management while ensuring a positive employee experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
Drive talent review, succession planning,



and leadership development initiatives.
Identify critical capability gaps and implement development interventions.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and workforce growth.
Lead performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and calibration.
Coach managers on feedback, performance improvement, and employee development.
Build a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.
Manage employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance.
Resolve workplace issues through coaching, mediation, and policy guidance.
Promote an inclusive, respectful, and team-oriented work workplace.
Support business transformation, restructuring, and organizational change initiatives.
Drive change management plans to ensure successful adoption and employee engagement.
