Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership

: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, addressing their technical and business needs.

: Break down overall budgets into actionable sales projections for team members, tailored to geographic regions or product lines.
Market Analysis
: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify recent business opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Work with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales strategies with company goals and client needs.
Performance Monitoring
: Track sales metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies to meet revenue goals.
Negotiation and Closing

Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and ensure successful deal closures.

Qualifications and Education
Education
: A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or Marketing is a plus, but a master’s degree (e.g., MBA), or certifications like Certified Qualified Sales Leader (CPSL) or Certified Sales Executive (CSE) are not always required.
Experience
: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role, preferably in the IT industry (e.g., software or IT services sales).
Industry Knowledge
: It is essential to have a deep understanding of IT products/services, such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, or IT Services
