What You'll Do
Speak with prospective donors on behalf of respected charity partners.
Inspire people to support life-changing causes through one-o and regular donations.
Build trust and rapport through engaging conversations.
Handle objections professionally and ethically.
Accurately capture donor information using our CRM systems.
Meet individual and team fundraising targets.
Maintain compliance with all fundraising and privacy requirements.





What We're Looking For
Fluent spoken and written English.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Previous sales, customer service, fundraising or call centre experience is an advantage.
Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Reliable, punctual and professional.
Comfortable working to KPIs and performance targets.
Condence using computers, CRMs and online communication platforms.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching.

Remote Work Requirements
Applicants must have:
A reliable computer or laptop capable of running cloud-based applications.
High-speed, secure internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps recommended).
A quality USB noise-cancelling headset.
A quiet, professional home oce free from background noise and distractions.
Backup internet access (mobile hotspot preferred) where possible.
