Role Overview
The Brand Solutions Lead owns end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of client accounts — balancing client relationship management, cross-functional orchestration, and commercial rigor. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creative, distribution, and operations, ensuring brand solutions are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Own client relationships end-to-end — from onboarding through project closures, acting as the primary point of contact
Translate client objectives into actionable briefs and strategic delivery plans.
Track account health, revenue, and satisfaction; flag risks early

Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of account executives/coordinators
Set goals, review performance, and build team capability




Manage workload distribution across accounts

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Strategy to align on brand positioning and campaign direction
Work with Creative to ensure output meets brief, quality, and timeline expectations
Coordinate with Distribution to plan and execute go-to-market/media rollout
Act as the connective layer ensuring all functions move in sync toward account goals

Vendor Management & Supply Chain
Identify, onboard, and manage vendor relationships (production, distribution, writing etc.)
Negotiate vendor terms and ensure service quality and cost efficiency
Drive supply chain improvements — better turnaround times, cost optimization, and reliability

Financial Management
Own account P&L; — budgeting, forecasting, and margin tracking
Manage invoicing cycles and ensure timely client billing
Handle Purchase Order (PO) creation, tracking, and reconciliation
