Job Description
Support import and export shipment coordination activities.
Track shipments and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Assist in preparing and maintaining shipping and customs documentation.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, suppliers, and internal teams.
Support logistics reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis activities.
Assist in freight cost tracking and invoice validation.
Help maintain accurate logistics records and shipment databases.
Participate in logistics improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with Planning, Procurement, Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams.
Support compliance with company procedures, customs requirements, and HSE standards.




Job Requirements
Final-year student or recent graduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or related field.
Good communication skills in English.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Positive teamwork, leadership potential, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, or logistics processes is an added advantage.
