About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Associate – Sales & Marketing to join the UPRIO team. The role involves customer acquisition, field sales, marketing activities, relationship building, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and customer acquisition for UPRIO's programs.
Build awareness of the UPRIO brand among students, parents, and schools.
Identify and generate new leads and business prospects.
Conduct meetings and presentations with parents, students, and school representatives.
Explain UPRIO's products and programs clearly and effectively.
Convert leads into enrollments and paid customers.
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
Participate in school visits, events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Achieve assigned sales, conversion, and growth targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Work closely with the team to execute sales and marketing strategies.
