We are hiring an experienced Content Lead to anchor the content function within our global Marketing Operations team. This is a hands-on role for a robust creator and operator — someone equally comfortable building content from scratch and managing the processes that keep a global content engine running efficiently.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of B2B content experience, with a proven ability to produce high-quality work with minimal revision cycles. You will create and commission thought leadership content, manage the global content calendar, support internal communications, and work closely with business and brand stakeholders across regions including EMEA and North America.

You will sit within the Marketing Operations team and be a critical contributor to its broader charter — bringing both creative capability and operational rigour to everything you produce.

Content Creation & Thought Leadership
Create high-quality B2B content across formats — thought leadership POVs, whitepapers, case studies,



blog posts, website copy, and campaign assets — with minimal revision required
Work with business leaders to understand their areas of expertise and translate ideas into polished, audience-ready content
Develop and maintain the annual thought leadership roadmap aligned to our AI solutions positioning and key industry narratives
Adapt content for different regions and audiences — including EMEA and North America — ensuring relevance, tone, and market fit

Internal Communications
Take a brief from stakeholders and turn it into transparent, polished employee-facing content — independently and on time
Draft and publish internal emails using Stensul, ensuring on-brand formatting and timely delivery
Create and maintain intranet pages on SharePoint, keeping content current, well-structured, and easy to navigate
Produce internal PDFs and supporting documents for leadership updates, all-hands c
