Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage end-to-end spare parts operations.
Develop and implement SOPs for parts operations, including ordering processes and discrepancy management.
Prepare and deliver parts training modules for current dealership teams and team members.
Manage parts catalogue preparation and regular updates.
Ensure the parts function is fully operational and ready for new workshops/dealerships.
Plan, monitor and achieve spare parts targets.
Ensure adherence to government guidelines and statutory requirements related to parts operations, including MRP tagging and applicable scrapping policies.
Monitor inventory levels,



parts availability and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with sales and Service for smooth operations.

Ideal Candidate
Diploma / Degree/ Mechanical
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in spare parts operations, preferably from the automobile industry.
Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and parts management processes.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Valuable understanding of inventory management, parts planning and dealership operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Candidates with experience in automobile dealerships, EVs, two-wheelers or four-wheelers will be preferred.
