B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Nursing, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or related fields.
Finance:
B.Com, BBA, Finance, Accounting, Economics, MBA (Finance), or related disciplines.

Identify organizations that may require staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions.
Monitor job boards, company career pages, LinkedIn,



and other reliable sources to identify current hiring opportunities.
Research companies, hiring trends, open positions, competitors, and relevant decision-makers.
Identify key hiring managers, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
Use AI tools and online research platforms to improve research efficiency and lead generation.
Maintain organized databases and continuously update company, contact, and hiring information.
