Job Description:
Lead Oracle EPM architecture, solution design, and implementation projects.
Define EPM solutions across Planning, FCCS, Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, and Reporting.
Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable EPM solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to EPM consultants and developers.
Design EPM application architecture, integrations, data flows, and security.
Lead end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support activities.
Work with business and IT stakeholders to define project scope and solutions.
Review technical designs, development work, and project deliverables.
Support presales activities, proposals,



solution presentations, and estimations.
Establish best practices, standards, and reusable EPM solutions.
Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues.
Manage delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations.
Mentor team members and help build Oracle EPM capabilities within the practice.
Stay updated on Oracle EPM Cloud features, releases, and industry best practices.
