About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on
D2C Growth Lead
to drive Janitri’s digital growth, revenue, customer acquisition, and retention. The ideal candidate should have experience scaling an early-stage D2C brand and be comfortable with both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Own the D2C growth strategy from
awareness to acquisition and retention
.
Plan and execute monthly growth campaigns to increase revenue and customer base.
Drive
Instagram, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, influencer, and content marketing
.
Lead Reels, product storytelling, testimonials, UGC, and creator collaborations.
Optimize
Shopify, Amazon, and FirstCry
listings and landing pages.
Track and improve conversion, checkout, repeat purchase, CAC, and LTV.
Build WhatsApp/email communities for pregnant women and recent mothers.
Work with agencies, freelancers, design, and video teams to execute campaigns.

Key Requirements
2–4 years of experience in
D2C growth/marketing
, preferably in wellness, femtech,



or consumer health.
Proven experience scaling an early-stage D2C brand.
Hands-on experience with
Instagram, Meta Ads, Shopify, WhatsApp Marketing, and Influencer Marketing
.
Robust analytical and conversion optimization skills.
High ownership and robust execution mindset.
Passion for building products/services for women, mothers, or wellness.
