Role Overview
NTT DATA is seeking a energetic and experienced ServiceNow - Enterprise / Platform Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities. This role involves hands-on configuration and development across all major ServiceNow modules, while also contributing to pre-sales efforts including proposal development and crafting Statements of Work (SOWs). The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize their ServiceNow investments through strategic roadmaps, platform governance, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities Advisory Strategic Consulting
Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process and platform strategies.
Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical priorities.
Conduct business value assessments and recommend adoption strategies across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (any one).
Design and implement governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks.
Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive consensus on solution design and implementation plans.
Apply deep business process knowledge to map client needs to ServiceNow capabilities and identify prospects for automation and optimization.
Technical Implementation Platform Expertise
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery and more.
Perform health scans, technical debt analysis, and platform scalability assessments.
Manage integrations with third-party tools.
Ensure platform conformance to best practices and licensing strategies.
Proposal SOW Development
Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to draft compelling proposals and SOWs for ServiceNow engagements.
