India and USA
markets, with a robust grasp of modern sales and outreach tools.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and hunt for recent business prospects in India and USA markets
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Schedule and support discovery calls/meetings with potential clients
Maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions in CRM tools
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies
Stay updated on the latest business development tools and market trends

Requirements




1+ years of experience in business development / lead generation / prospect hunting
Prior experience targeting India and USA markets is a must
Familiarity with the latest prospecting and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, email outreach/automation tools, lead databases such as Apollo/ZoomInfo, etc.)
Excellent verbal communication skills — mandatory
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Local Pune candidates strongly preferred
