Job Role:- Junior HR Executive
Job Location:- Naigaon Highway, Mumbai. (Pickup & Drop facilities available from Vasai Station)
Support in Managing end-to-end onboarding and induction process for recent employees.
Maintaining and updating employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
Support Handling of attendance management, time office activities, leave management, and payroll processing.
Working on HRMS/payroll software handling, employee data management, and generating MIS reports.
Responsible for preparing and issuing employee letters including Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Increment Letters, Warning Letters, and Relieving/Experience Letters.
Supporting employee engagement activities, HR operations, and day-to-day administrative coordination.
Assisting in grievance handling, employee coordination,



and maintaining smooth HR operations.
Assisting and supporting to HR Team for any other HR related activities.

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
