Job Title: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – All Subjects
Department: Senior Secondary / Higher Secondary
Reports To: Principal / Academic Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking qualified, experienced, and passionate Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) to teach senior secondary students. The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality subject instruction, preparing students for board examinations, monitoring academic progress, and supporting students in achieving their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver comprehensive, curriculum-based lessons for Classes XI–XII.
Teach subjects such as English, Hindi, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, History, Political Science, Geography, and other subjects as per qualification.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, projects, question papers, and revision resources.
Use effective, interactive, and technology-enabled teaching methodologies.




Prepare students for board examinations, competitive examinations, and higher education where applicable.
Conduct regular tests, assessments, practicals, and examinations.
Analyze student performance and provide appropriate academic support.
Mentor students regarding academic choices, career options, and personal development.
Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning setting.
Communicate with parents/guardians regarding students’ academic progress.
Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and academic records.
Participate in staff meetings, workshops, examinations, school events, and co-curricular activities.
Collaborate with colleagues and school management to improve academic standards.

Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree (Post Graduation) in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
B.Ed. or equivalent recognized teacher-training qualification as ap
